The resort is
open year round and is nestled among mature trees on 150 feet of lake frontage
on
the north shore of Houghton Lake. It consists of four lakefront and three offshore cottages.
All are modern housekeeping units which can comfortably accommodate 2-6 guests.
We have a large grass play area with swings, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes,
tether ball, sand box, basketball and a large play set. Each cottage comes fully
equipped and includes a 14' Aluminum boat. Outboard motor rental is available. You are welcome to bring your own
boat and moor it at one of our secure tie-downs.
Winter enthusiasts can enjoy good ice fishing and snowmobilers can access over 200 miles of groomed trails around the lake. Houghton Lake is home to the largest winter festival in Michigan. Tip-up town, USA happens on the 3rd and 4th weekends of January and has games and fishing contests for the whole family to enjoy.
